How our fees work

What decides the fee

For registrations, the fee depends on the type of registration and how ready your documents are. For tender filing, it depends mainly on the tender value and the size of the document set. A simple GeM bid with standard documents takes far less work than a works tender that needs experience certificates, affidavits and a detailed technical bid. Before we start, you get a written quote for your exact work.

What is included

• Checking your documents against the requirement and telling you what is missing
• Preparing formats, declarations and affidavits on your letterhead
• Completing the portal work with your DSC over a remote session
• Sharing the submission receipt and updates on bid opening

What is not included

• Government or portal fees, such as NSIC fees or state portal charges, paid at actual
• EMD and tender document fees, which you always pay from your own account directly on the portal
• Third-party costs such as notary, stamp paper, CA certificates or courier

Payment

Our fee is paid to Soft Trade Enterprises by bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice. Registrations are usually paid in advance. Tender filing can be split into an advance and a balance before submission. We never ask for cash, and we never collect EMD or tender fees.
