NSIC Registration

NSIC Single Point Registration for micro and small enterprises, for tender benefits accepted by many departments.

NSIC's Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS) registers micro and small enterprises for government purchase. Many tender documents specifically ask for NSIC registration to allow benefits such as EMD exemption and free tender documents. We prepare the application and support you through the inspection.

About NSIC registration

The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) runs the Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS) for micro and small enterprises. NSIC registers the enterprise for specific items or services after checking its documents and, usually, inspecting its unit. The certificate states the items you are registered for and the monetary limit.

Why it matters

Udyam is accepted by many buyers for MSE benefits, but several tender documents name NSIC registration specifically, especially for EMD exemption. If you bid often and keep meeting this clause, an NSIC certificate removes the doubt and the risk of a technical rejection.

How we do it, step by step

  1. Eligibility: we confirm that you are a micro or small enterprise and decide the items or services to register.
  2. Documents: we prepare the list and help you collect financials, machinery details and premises proof.
  3. Application: the online application is filled and documents are uploaded; NSIC fees are paid by you at actual.
  4. Inspection: we help you prepare the unit and the records the inspector usually asks to see.
  5. Follow-up: we track the application until the certificate is issued.

Common mistakes we prevent

  • Registering items you do not actually make or supply
  • Financial statements that do not match the turnover shown elsewhere
  • No proof of machinery or premises ready for the inspection
  • Missing the renewal date

After registration

Use the certificate only for the items it covers. When a tender's item differs from what is registered, the benefit may not apply, so we check this for every bid.

Who needs this

  • Micro and small manufacturers and service providers that bid regularly
  • Businesses that see 'NSIC registration' in tender eligibility clauses

What we do

  • Check eligibility and choose the right items or services to register
  • Prepare the application and upload documents
  • Help you prepare for the NSIC inspection of your unit
  • Track the application until the certificate is issued

Documents you will need

  • Udyam certificate
  • GST certificate and PAN
  • ITR and balance sheet for recent years
  • List of machinery or infrastructure
  • Premises proof (ownership or rent agreement)
  • Product or service details and any quality certificates

Final list depends on your business type and the portal's current rules. We confirm it before starting.

Common questions

Is NSIC needed if I already have Udyam?

Not always. Many tenders accept Udyam for MSE benefits, but some ask specifically for NSIC. If you bid often, NSIC removes that doubt.

Is the NSIC fee included in your price?

No. NSIC's own fees are paid directly to NSIC at actual. Our fee covers the preparation and follow-up.
