Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to service fees paid to Soft Trade Enterprises for SoftTender services.

Before work starts

If you cancel before we start work on your file, we refund the full service fee within 7 working days.

Registrations (GeM, Udyam, CPPP, state portals, NSIC): once the application has been started on the portal, the fee is not refundable. If we are unable to complete the work for reasons within our control, we refund the fee for the part not done.
DSC: once the DSC is issued by the Certifying Authority, the fee is not refundable.
Tender filing: the advance is not refundable once we start preparing documents. The balance is not charged if the bid is not submitted because of our failure.
Packages: yearly and monthly packages can be cancelled for future periods. Fees for the current period are not refundable.

Government, portal and third-party fees, which you pay directly.
Fees for work rejected or delayed because of incorrect, incomplete or late documents.
Any result of a tender, including non-award.
